The invention discloses a marine electrolytic cell shell and a manufacturing process. An electrolytic cell barrel (1) is composed of a barrel main pipe (12) on the inner side and a barrel glass fiberreinforced plastic reinforcing layer (13) compounded on the outer side of the barrel main pipe (12). An end flange (3) is composed of an end plate (31) on the inner side and an end plate glass fiber reinforced plastic reinforcing layer (32) compounded on the outer side of the end plate (31). The marine electrolytic cell shell has the advantages that the electrolytic cell shell is manufactured by adopting a standard UPVC/PVC pipeline and glass fiber reinforced plastic composite process, it is ensured that the electrolytic cell shell meets the requirements of using conditions from the aspects ofstructural form and manufacturing process, and the marine electrolytic cell shell has the characteristics of high strength, good insulativity, good corrosion resistance, leakage resistance, light weight, simple and convenient process, reliable quality and low price. It is proved through actual ship use that the electrolytic cell shell is good in insulating property, corrosion resistance and shockresistance, and the use requirement of a marine engine room is completely met.

    一种船用电解槽壳体及制作工艺,电解槽筒体(1)由内侧的筒体主管(12)和复合在其外侧的筒体玻璃钢加强层(13)组成;所述的端法兰(3)由内侧的端板(31)和复合在其外侧的端板玻璃钢加强层(32)组成。本发明的优点是:采用标准UPVC/PVC管道与玻璃钢复合工艺制作电解槽壳体,从结构形式与制作工艺方面确保电解槽壳体满足使用工况要求,具有强度高、绝缘性好,耐腐蚀性好、抗渗漏、重量轻、工艺简便、质量可靠、价格低廉特性。根据实船使用证明,该电解槽壳体绝缘性能,耐腐蚀性能,抗震效果良好,完全满足船舶机舱使用要求。
