The invention relates to a hoisting method for a pipe fitting of a ship pipe tunnel cabin. The method comprises the steps that 1, a cabin operation auxiliary tool is fixed to the top of the cabin, andthe lower end of the cabin operation auxiliary tool is provided with a sliding hoist capable of horizontally moving along the cabin operation auxiliary tool; 2, a hoisting rope is arranged at each ofthe two ends of the pipe fitting through hoisting equipment, and the pipe fitting is hoisted; 3, the pipe fitting gets close to the cabin, and after one end of the pipe fitting is carried on the sliding hoist, the hoisting rope at the end of the pipe fitting is unfastened; 4, one end of the pipe fitting moves into the cabin under hoisting of the sliding hoist until the hoisting equipment at the other end of the pipe fitting cannot continue to hoist the pipe fitting to move forwards, the other end of the pipe fitting is also carried on the sliding hoist, and the hoisting rope at the other endof the pipe fitting is unfastened; and 5, the sliding hoist is pulled to hoist the pipe fitting in place. By means of the method, the problem that the hoisting equipment cannot be used in the cabin iseffectively solved, the labor intensity of hoisting the pipe fitting in the cabin is reduced, and convenience and rapidness are achieved.
本发明涉及一种船舶管弄舱室管件的吊装方法,该方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、将舱室作业辅助工具固定在舱室顶部,舱室作业辅助工具下端设有可沿舱室作业辅助工具水平移动的滑动葫芦;步骤2、利用起重设备在管件的两端各设一条吊装绳索,将管件吊起;步骤3、管件向舱室靠拢,管件的一端搭载在滑动葫芦上后,解开管件该端的吊装绳索;步骤4、管件一端在滑动葫芦的吊装下向舱室内移动,直至管件另外一端的起重设备不能继续吊装管件前进,将管件的另外一端也搭载在滑动葫芦上,解开管件另外一端的吊装绳索;步骤5、拉动滑动葫芦将管件吊装到位。通过本发明的方法,有效解决了舱室内起重设备无法使用的问题,降低了管件在舱室内吊装的劳动强度,方便快捷。
