The invention discloses a device for preventing a circular pipe for shipbuilding from deforming. The device comprises a middle shaft, a plurality of supporting columns and a plurality of connecting plates, wherein each supporting column comprises a first stud, a connecting pipe and a second stud, two ends of each connecting pipe are provided with threads, two ends of each connecting pipe are in threaded connection with the corresponding first stud and the corresponding second stud respectively, and the first studs are fixedly connected to the middle shaft; and each connecting plate is providedwith an outer curved surface used for abutting against the inner wall of the circular pipe, and the connecting plates are fixedly connected to the second studs. The device not only can support the circular pipe, but also can protect circular pipes with different inner diameters by adjusting the length of the supporting columns, and the device is detachable and convenient to store. By means of thedevice, the utilization rate of materials can be increased, the waste of the materials is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种防止船舶建造用圆管变形的装置,所述装置包括:中轴;多个支撑柱,所述支撑柱包括第一螺柱、连接管、第二螺柱,所述连接管的两端设置有螺纹,所述连接管的两端分别与所述第一螺柱、第二螺柱螺纹连接,所述第一螺柱固定连接在所述中轴上;以及多个连接板,所述连接板具有用来抵靠圆管内壁的外曲面,所述连接板固定连接在所述第二螺柱上。通过此装置不仅可以对圆管起支撑作用,而且通过调整支撑柱的长度对不同内径的圆管起保护作用,装置可拆卸,方便存放。通过此装置,可提高了材料的利用率,减少材料的浪费,降低了成本。
