The invention discloses a sinking escape self-rescue device for a seabed mine car in the walking process. The sinking escape self-rescue device comprises a caterpillar band advancing device . A supporting plate capable of being unfolded and folded is installed on the outer side of the caterpillar band advancing device. A long-strip-shaped hole is formed in the center of the supporting plate in thelength direction. A hydraulic control device and a power wheel capable of horizontally stretching and retracting are arranged in an inner cavity of the caterpillar band advancing device. A soil shifting gear is fixedly mounted on the outer circumference of the power wheel. The hydraulic control device is spherically hinged to the supporting plate through an upper row of hydraulic rods and a lowerrow of hydraulic rods to form a universal joint. Under the control of the hydraulic control device, the hydraulic rods push the supporting plate to be unfolded from a vertical state to a horizontal state, and after the power wheel horizontally stretches out, the soil shifting gear is exactly located in a long-strip hole of the supporting plate. The invention further discloses a self-rescue methodusing the self-rescue device. By means of the method and device, the mine car can be self-rescued out of a subsidence area after subsidence, the ore leakage rate is low, and continuous mining and mine collecting work is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种海海底集矿车行走过程中沉陷脱困自救装置,包括履带行进装置,履带行进装置的外侧安装有能够展开及收起的支撑板,支撑板中心沿其长度方向开设有长条孔,履带行进装置内腔设置有液压控制装置和能够水平伸缩的动力轮,动力轮外圆周上固定安装有拨土齿轮,液压控制装置通过上下两排液压杆分别与支撑板球形铰接,形成万向节,在液压控制装置控制下,液压杆推动支撑板由竖直状态向水平状态展开,动力轮水平伸出后,拨土齿轮恰好处于支撑板的长条孔中。本发明同时还公开了利用该自救装置的自救方法。该方法及装置能够实现集矿车在沉陷后自救脱困,脱离沉陷区域,矿石漏采率低,保障采矿集矿工作的持续进行。
