The invention discloses a crank arm type aerial work platform vehicle chassis axle structure comprising a main frame. A front axle is connected in front of the main frame; a rear axle is connected behind the main frame, the middles of the front axle and the rear axle are transversely hinged to the front end and the rear end of the main frame respectively, and the two sides of the hinged position of the front axle and the rear axle are vertically connected through a front supporting oil cylinder and a rear supporting oil cylinder respectively; steering knuckles are hinged to the two ends of thefront axle and the two ends of the rear axle respectively; and wheels are installed outside the steering knuckles. According to the crank arm type aerial work platform vehicle chassis axle structure,the front axle and the main vehicle frame are supported and connected through the supporting oil cylinders, and the supporting oil cylinders have the oil mixing swing functions so that the trafficability of an aerial work platform vehicle can be improved; besides, the front steering oil cylinder and the rear steering oil cylinder are jointly controlled through two sets of electromagnetic reversing valves, the same-direction deflection mode or the reverse-direction deflection mode of the front wheels and the rear wheels is achieved, oblique movement of the aerial work platform car is achieved,the turning radius is reduced, and the aerial work platform car can work within a small range.

    一种曲臂式高空作业平台车底盘车桥结构,包括主车架,主车架前方连接有前车桥,主车架后方连接有后车桥,前车桥和后车桥中间位置与主车架前后两端分别横向铰接,前车桥和后车桥铰接位置的两侧分别通过前支撑油缸和后支撑油缸竖向连接,前车桥和后车桥两端分别铰接有转向节,转向节外侧安装有车轮。本发明的曲臂式高空作业平台车底盘车桥结构在前车桥和主车架之间通过支撑油缸进行支撑连接,支撑油缸具备串油摆动的功能以提高高空作业平台车的通过性;此外,前转向油缸和后转向油缸通过两组电磁换向阀共同控制,实现前后轮同向或反向两种偏转方式,实现高空作业平台车的斜行以及减小转弯半径,能够使高空作业平台车在较小范围内作业。
