The invention relates to an interconnected and intercommunicated subway beacon positioning processing system. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted signal processing board, a vehicle-mounted antenna,a transponder antenna, a ground transponder and a beacon, wherein the transponder antenna is installed on a locomotive and connected with the vehicle-mounted signal processing board; the ground transponder is connected with the vehicle-mounted antenna and the transponder antenna; the transponder antenna is matched with the beacon; the ground transponder is activated by a power carrier wave sent by the vehicle-mounted antenna and then sends message data to the transponder antenna; when the transponder antenna passes through the electrical center point of the beacon, a beacon center point signal generated by the transponder antenna is sent to the vehicle-mounted signal processing board, and the vehicle-mounted signal processing board determines the beacon center point through the beacon center point signal. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of high efficiency, high precision and the like.
