The invention relates to the field of data identification, in particular to a data-identification-based multifunctional guardrail capable of preventing forcible seat occupation. The guardrail comprises a base; a garbage collection box is arranged in the base; first spring cavities are symmetrically formed in the left side and the right side of the garbage collection box. A first spring is arrangedin each first spring cavity; and the right side of the first spring in the first spring cavity on the left side is fixedly connected with the garbage collection box. According to the data-identification-based multifunctional guardrail that can be applied to a train, the behavior of forcibly occupying a seat is prevented; and a garbage can and an article box are provided for each passenger, so that the passengers can throw away garbage or place private articles at any time to improve the convenience degree of the passengers in the riding process.
