A downlink steel rail is connected with a uplink steel rail at intervals of 450m through a first cable, and is connected with a downlink overhead return line at intervals of 450m through a first leading-up line. At a return point of each traction substation, the downlink steel rail is connected with the uplink steel rail through a second cable, the downlink steel rail is connected with a downlink overhead return line through a second leading-up line, the downlink overhead return line is connected with a negative electrode cabinet busbar in the traction substation through a return cable, and the downlink steel rail is connected with a rail potentiallimiter in the traction substation through a third cable.
