The invention relates to the technical field of replenishment trolleys, particularly to an intelligent replenishment trolley driving system without laid track. The system comprises a chassis, a driving component, a lifting material plate and anti-toppling components. The driving component is arranged below the chassis; the upper surface of the chassis is connected with the lower surface of the lifting material plate through two lifting rod sets. The two sides of the chassis are provided with two sets of anti-toppling components respectively. The intelligent replenishment trolley driving systemhas the beneficial effects that two driving wheels arranged at the bottom of the chassis are driven by two independent stepping motors correspondingly; and under the condition that the stepping motors are powered by the storage battery to work, a PLC control chip controls starting, stopping and forward and reverse operation of the stepping motors, so that flexible steering and moving of the robotare achieved; in the anti-toppling components, supporting cross rods extend outwards and universal wheels are in rolling contact with the ground for auxiliary supporting, so that the stability of theanti-toppling components during running and steering is effectively improved, and the anti-toppling performance is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及补货小车技术领域,具体为一种无铺设轨道的智能补货小车驱动系统,包括底盘、驱动构件、升降料板和防倾倒构件,驱动构件设置在底盘的下方,底盘的上表面通过两组升降杆组与升降料板的下表面连接,底盘的两侧均设置有两组防倾倒构件,有益效果:本发明中在底盘的底部所设的两个驱动轮分别由两个独立的步进电机进行驱动,在蓄电池供应步进电机进行工作下,PLC控制芯片控制步进电机的启停和正反向运转,可实现本发明的灵活转向和移动;在防倾倒构件中,通过支撑横杆向外侧延长,且由万向轮与地面滚动接触进行辅助支撑,有效提高本发明在进行运行和转向时的稳定性,大大提高防倾倒性能。
