The invention, which belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles, discloses a new energy automobile capable of utilizing waste heat of a solar panel for heating. The new energy automobilediscloses an automobile body and a mounting groove formed in the top of the automobile body; a solar panel is arranged in the mounting groove in a matching manner and is electrically connected with the automobile body; a heat dissipation and heating mechanism is arranged below the solar panel and is used for absorbing heat dissipated by the solar panel to cool the solar panel and further used forconveying warm air into the automobile. A ventilation mechanism is also arranged at the top of the automobile body; the ventilation mechanism is used for automatically being opened for ventilation when the oxygen content in the automobile is low. According to the invention, heat can be collected to provide heat for the interior of the automobile while heat dissipation is conducted on the solar panel; automatic ventilation can be achieved through the ventilation mechanism when the oxygen content in the automobile is low; and the situation that people in the automobile are hurt due to the low oxygen content in the automobile is avoided.
