The invention discloses a high-voltage interlocking detection loop and a high-voltage interlocking detection method. Detectors of 3PIN structures with different lengths are respectively adopted to beconnected with terminals of a high-voltage wire harness connector; when the high-voltage wire harness connector is in different connection states including connection, semi-connection, disconnection and the like, the resistance value connected to the detection loop changes, and the voltage of a detection point also changes correspondingly according to the resistance voltage division principle, sothat the high-voltage wiring harness connector can be determined to be in a connected, semi-connected or disconnected state according to the voltage of the detection point. According to the method, the detected states of the connector have diversity, the connection or disconnection state can be detected, the semi-connection state of the loosened high-voltage wire harness connector can also be accurately judged, more complete and comprehensive detection of the high-voltage wire harness connector is realized, the high-voltage safety risk can be more accurately pre-judged, and the safety strategyof the whole vehicle can be perfected so as to more effectively avoid the high-voltage safety risk.

    本申请公开了一种高压互锁检测回路以及高压互锁检测方法,通过采用长度不一的3PIN结构的检测器分别与高压线束连接器的端子相连,当高压线束连接器处于包括连接、半连接、断开等不同连接状态时,接入检测回路的电阻值会发生变化,根据电阻分压原理,检测点的电压也会发生相应的变化,因此,可以根据检测点的电压确定高压线束连接器处于连接、半连接或者断开的状态。该方法能够检测的连接器的状态具有多样性,不仅能对连接或者断开的状态进行检测,还能够准确判断高压线束连接器松动后的半连接状态,实现对高压线束连接器更完整、更全面的检测,能够更准确预判高压安全风险,可以完善整车安全策略以便更有效地避免高压安全风险。
