The invention relates to an extra-large flexible capture device for capture and elimination of space debris. The extra-large flexible capture device comprises a fixed table, a flexible gripper and a driving mechanism. The fixed table is installed on a service aircraft and comprises a plate type structural part and a guide pipe. The guide pipe is of a hollow tubular structure, guides the flexible gripper and conducts auxiliary restraint on a captured target. The flexible gripper is of a bionic flexible body structure. One end of the flexible gripper is put into the hollow pipe of the guide pipeof the fixed table, and the rest part is exposed from the hollow pipe. Punching is conducted along the axis of a flexible body by a certain eccentric angle. When the driving mechanism pulls a rope from the bottom, eccentric force acts on the flexible body, bending deformation occurs, and unfolding release and folding of the flexible gripper are achieved. The driving mechanism can control one single flexible body to achieve unfolding release and folding and can also control the flexible gripper to achieve unfolding release and folding at the same time.

    本发明涉及一种用于空间碎片捕获清除的超大柔性捕获装置,包括固定台、柔性抓手和驱动机构;固定台安装在服务飞行器上;固定台包括板式结构件和导向管,导向管为中空管状结构,对柔性抓手进行导向,对捕获目标进行辅助约束;柔性抓手为仿生柔性体结构,其一端置入固定台导向管的中空管中,其余部分露出中空管;沿柔性体轴线以一定偏心角度穿孔,当驱动机构从底部拉拽绳索时,偏心力作用柔性体发生弯曲变形,实现柔性抓手的展开释放和收拢;驱动机构可控制单个柔性体展开释放和收拢,也可同时控制柔性抓手展开释放和收拢。
