The invention belongs to the technical field of air vehicle stealth, and particularly relates to a cavity structure using a wave-absorbing material. The cavity structure uses metal or a carbon fiber composite as a base, different positions of the interior of a cavity of the cavity structure are coated with different thicknesses or different types of wave-absorbing materials, through the wave-absorbing material application scheme designed through the design method, the wave-absorbing performance of a wave-absorbing material used for an air inlet channel can be effectively improved, and the potential of existing materials is achieved better; and the using zone of the wave-absorbing material is reduced, using of wide-frequency-band wave-absorbing materials is reduced, accordingly, the cost and difficulty of the wave-absorbing material scheme are decreased, and air inlet channel forward radar stealth is achieved with high efficiency and low cost.
