The horizontal hanging tongs comprises an L-shaped support, an adjusting clamping block is fixedly connected to the middle of the outer surface of the L-shaped support in a clamped mode, a fixing pressing rod is connected to one side of the adjusting clamping block in a pin joint mode, a U-shaped support is connected to the top end of the fixing pressing rod through a U-shaped support in a pin joint mode, and a telescopic connecting rod is fixedly installed at one end of the U-shaped support. Through arrangement for a telescopic link, when the horizontal hanging tongs do not clamp the middle position of the thin plate in the hoisting process, the telescopic length of the movable connecting rod can be automatically adjusted through the elastic force of a telescopic spring in the telescopic connecting rod, when a traction steel wire rope is stressed, the stress between the two groups of horizontal hanging tongs is adjusted, so that the thin plate is kept in a balanced state in the lifting process, the phenomenon that the thin plate is imbalanced and inclined is avoided, and the stability and safety of the horizontal hanging tongs in the process of lifting the thin plate are further effectively improved.

    本发明涉及工程吊装设备技术领域,且公开了一种用于薄板吊装的水平吊钳,包括L型支架,L型支架外表面的中部固定卡接有调节卡块,调节卡块的一侧销接有固定压杆,且固定压杆的顶端通过U型支架销接有U型支架,U型支架的一端固定安装有伸缩连杆。该用于薄板吊装的水平吊钳,对于伸缩连杆的设置,当水平吊钳没有卡接在薄板的中部位置时,在起吊的过程中可以通过伸缩连杆中伸缩弹簧的弹力来自动的调整活动连杆的伸缩长度,并在牵引钢丝绳受力时来调整两组水平吊钳之间的受力大小,以使得薄板在起吊的过程中保持平衡的状态,不会出现薄板失衡倾斜的现象,进而有效的提高了该水平吊钳在悬吊薄板时的稳定性及安全性。
