The invention discloses a traction machine vibration isolation system. The system comprises a lower bearing structure, a composite vibration isolation table, a height adjusting component and an uppercoupling structure, wherein the lower bearing structure, the composite vibration isolation table, the height adjusting component and the upper connecting structure are sequentially connected from bottom to top and are separately distributed on the two sides of a traction machine base; the upper coupling structure comprises steel profiles on the front and rear vertical surfaces of the traction machine base and force bearing components on the left side and the right side of the traction machine base, and connecting profiles provided with round holes are arranged at the end parts of the steel profiles and the force bearing components; and a bottom nut of the height adjusting component is welded to the composite vibration isolation table, a screw rod on the bottom nut passes through a circularhole in a connecting component, a lower self-locking nut is arranged on the lower portion of the round hole, an upper self-locking nut is arranged on the upper portion of the round hole, and the self-locking nut is rotated to jack up the traction machine base. The load of the traction machine base can be independently borne by a machine room floor, or jointly borne by additional steel cross beamsand traction machine bearing steel beams, or independently borne by the traction machine bearing steel beams. According to the three structural forms, the vibration isolation and noise reduction transformation project of the elevator traction machine can be completed without disassembling the traction machine.

    本发明公开曳引机隔振系统,包括下承重结构、复合隔振台、高度调整构件、上联接结构,由下往上顺序连接,分设于曳引机底座二侧,上联接结构包括在曳引机底座前后立面的钢型材,曳引机底座左右立面的承力构件,设置圆孔的联接型材在钢型材、承力构件端部;高度调整构件的底部螺母焊接在复合隔振台上,底部螺母上的螺杆穿过接构件上的圆孔,下自锁螺母在圆孔的下部,上自锁螺母在圆孔的上部,旋转下自锁螺母将曳引机底座顶升。曳引机底座的荷载可由机房地坪独立承担、额外的钢横梁及曳引机承重钢梁共同承担及由曳引机承重钢梁独立承担。以上三种结构形式均,可在不拆卸曳引机的情况下,完成电梯曳引机隔振降噪改造工程。
