The device comprises a shell, a support, a first servo motor, a rod sleeve, a rotatingrod and a winding and unwinding frame, the support is installed above the two sides of the shell, the first servo motor is installed at the top of one end of the support, a bottom frame is installedat the bottom of the support, and a first threaded rod is installed at the output end of the first servo motor; the rotating rod is in contact with the pressure sensor on the bottom side of the limiting lug; control by PLC controller at this time, the first servo motor works to drive the first threaded rod to rotate anticlockwise; furthermore, the sleeve base is driven to ascend, the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw on the two sides face the inner side until the rotating rod is clamped between the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw; the limiting and fixing of the rotating rod are completed, the shaking among components caused by bumpy flight in the flight process of the unmanned aerial vehicle is avoided, the fault probability and risk of the folding and unfoldingdevice are reduced, the normal flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle is ensured, and the maintenance cost of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于无人机脚架的智能收放装置,包括外壳、支架、第一伺服电机、杆套、转杆和收放架,所述外壳两侧上方均安装有支架,所述支架一端顶部安装有第一伺服电机,所述支架底部安装有底架,所述第一伺服电机输出端安装有第一螺纹杆;本发明通过转杆与限位耳底侧的压力传感器接触时,此时通过PLC控制器控制,第一伺服电机工作带动第一螺纹杆逆时针转动,进而带动套座上升,而两侧的第一卡爪和第二卡爪向内侧直至将转杆装夹在第一卡爪和第二卡爪之间,完成转杆的限位固定,避免在无人机飞行过程中,由于颠簸飞行而造成部件间晃动,降低了收放装置出现故障的几率和风险,保证无人机的正常飞行,降低了无人机维修成本。
