The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic control system for braking and steering of sweeping equipment. The electro-hydraulic control system comprises a hydraulic oil tank, a hydraulic pump, a flow distribution valve, a steering proportional valve, a steering oil cylinder, a steering gear, a steering reversing valve, a braking reversing valve, a braking oil way pressure regulating valve, a braking pipeline unloading valve, a braking pipeline terminal, a pressure sensor and a control unit. Line control over automatic driving (unmanned driving) steering, braking and parking of the articulated equipment is achieved; meanwhile, an operation control system of manual driving is reserved, and the manual driving system and the drive-by-wire system do not conflict with each other and are not coupled; a set of hydraulic braking system is omitted, namely, the hydraulic braking system is combined with the hydraulic system, and the equipment cost is reduced.
本发明公开清扫设备制动转向电液控制系统,其包括液压油箱、液压泵、流量分配阀、转向比例阀、转向油缸、转向器、转向换向阀、制动换向阀、制动油路压力调节阀、制动管路卸荷阀、制动管路终端、压力传感器和控制单元。本发明实现了铰接式设备自动驾驶(无人驾驶)转向与刹车、驻车的线控化;同时保留有人工驾驶的操作控制系统,且人工驾驶与线控化两套系统互不冲突,未耦合的效果;减少了一套液力制动系统,即液力制动系统与液压系统合并,降低了设备成本。
