The invention discloses an automobile rear-end collision prevention radar system. The system comprises a main vehicle, and a control device and an information acquisition system which are mounted on the main vehicle, the control device comprises a data processing system, an instruction execution system, an early warning system, a remote control system, a display device and a standby battery. The data processing system is composed of a high-speed microprocessor, a memory, an input/output interface, an analog-to-digital converter and a shaping and driving integrated circuit. Information input byan information acquisition device is quickly operated, processed and judged according to internal programs and data of the information acquisition device; an instruction is output to an instruction execution device; the data processing system calculates the collision time of the vehicle right behind and the main vehicle according to the real-time speed difference and the real-time interval distance of the two vehicles, according to the real-time distance and the real-time speed difference between the left vehicle and the right vehicle and the main vehicle, the distance between the time when the left vehicle and the right vehicle arrive at the tail side of the main vehicle at the real-time speed and the tail side of the main vehicle is calculated by combining the widths of the lanes of different levels and the basic widths of the vehicles, and then the calculated time and distance are transmitted to an early warning system for early warning.
