The invention relates to a self-checking diagnosis method for a vehicle-mounted charging high-voltage circuit of an electric vehicle. The implementation method comprises the following steps: establishing communication connection between a diagnostor and a vehicle-mounted ECU system; sending a high-voltage self-checking instruction to the vehicle-mounted ECU system by the diagnostor, receiving returned state information and storing and comparing the state information to judge whether the state information is correct or not; sending a high-voltage self-checking result query instruction to the vehicle-mounted ECU system, and receiving and storing returned high-voltage self-checking result information; outputting a corresponding high-voltage self-checking result according to the high-voltage self-checking result information; compiling related instructions through the diagnostor; and inquiring the state of the vehicle-mounted ECU system and calling the self-checking function of the vehicle-mounted ECU system. According to the vehicle-mounted charging high-voltage circuit self-checking diagnosis method, the vehicle-mounted charging high-voltage circuit self-checking diagnosis informationcan be rapidly, effectively and conveniently obtained according to the corresponding high-voltage self-checking result information converted from the self-checking feedback data, diagnosis operationis convenient, the requirement for maintenance personnel is low, complex training does not need to be conducted on the maintenance personnel, diagnosis efficiency is improved, the vehicle repairing period is shortened, and vehicle repairing cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及电动车车载充电高压电路自检诊断方法,其实现方法如下:建立诊断器和车载ECU系统之间的通信连接;诊断器向车载ECU系统发送高压自检指令,接收返回的状态信息,存储并比对判断状态信息是否正确;向车载ECU系统发送高压自检结果查询指令,接收并存储返回的高压自检结果信息;根据高压自检结果信息输出相应的高压自检结果;通过诊断器来编写相关指令,查询车载ECU系统状态并调用其自检功能,根据自检反馈数据转化成相应的高压自检结果信息,即可以快速、有效且便捷的获取车载充电高压电路自检诊断信息,诊断操作方便,对维修人员要求低,不需要对维修人员进行复杂培训,提高诊断效率,缩短修车周期,降低修车成本。
