The invention discloses an automatic copper net laying device for intelligent carbon sliding plate production. The device comprises a bottom plate, wherein longitudinally-arranged supporting legs arefixedly connected with four corners of a bottom end of the bottom plate, an inverted-L-shaped rectangular frame is fixedly installed in the middle of one side of a top end of the bottom plate, the longitudinally-arranged mounting box is fixedly mounted in the middle of the other side of a top end of the bottom plate, a copper net box and a winding box are arranged on two sides of the bottom in therectangular frame correspondingly, a longitudinally-arranged threaded rod is fixedly connected into an inner ring of a second bearing, a driving assembly is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting box, a horizontally-arranged partition plate is fixedly mounted in the mounting box above the driving assembly, a circular through hole is longitudinally formed in the middle of a top surface of the partition plate, a fourth bearing is fixedly mounted in the circular through hole, a bottom end of the threaded rod penetrates through an inner ring of the fourth bearing, a horizontally-arranged clamping assembly is movably installed in the middle in the rectangular frame. The device is advantaged in that copper net cutting efficiency is improved, working efficiency is improved, and the damageamount of carbon strips is reduced.

    本发明公开了智能碳滑板生产用铜网自动铺设装置,包括底板,在底板的底端四角均固定连接有纵向设置的支撑腿;底板顶端的一侧中部固定安装有倒立L型的矩形框,底板顶端的另一侧中部固定安装有纵向设置的安装箱,矩形框内的底部两侧分别设置有铜网箱和缠绕箱,第二轴承的内圈中固定连接有纵向设置的螺纹杆,在安装箱的底部固定安装有驱动组件,驱动组件上方的安装箱内部固定安装有水平设置的分隔板,在分隔板的顶面中部纵向开设有圆形通孔,圆形通孔内固定安装有第四轴承,螺纹杆的底端从第四轴承的内圈中穿过;矩形框内的中部活动安装有水平设置的夹持组件;本发明提高了铜网裁剪的效率,增加了工作效率,并降低了碳条的损坏量。
