The invention discloses a machining process for a rotating shaft of a seat angle adjuster. The machining process comprises the following steps that: blanking is performed; intermediate surface treatment is performed; cold extrusion is conducted, so that tooth shapes are extruded on the periphery of a workpiece; machining is conducted, specifically, part of the inner hole and periphery of the workpiece are machined; heat treatment is performed; grinding is performed; and blanking, cold extrusion, machining and grinding are carried out in sequence. With the machining process of the invention adopted, the size and form and location tolerance of a product can be met; the performance requirement of the product can be met; poor appearance risks such as collision-caused damage in a machining process can be reduced; a high-precision special-shaped structure part is formed by one-time extrusion of a forming die, and therefore, the machining time of the product is shortened, and the size stability of the product is ensured; and therefore, the machining quality of the rotating shaft of the seat angle adjuster is ensured, and the requirements of customers are met.
