The invention provides an integrated cathode power supply and a system thereof. The integrated cathode power supply comprises a flyback transformer T1, a flyback transformer T2 and the like, the inputend of the flyback transformer T1 is connected to an input voltage Vin, and the first output end and the second output end of the flyback transformer T1 are connected to a cathode touch/ignition power supply and a cathode electric heating power supply through matching circuits respectively. At the beginning, the cathode heating power supply starts to output constant current in a closed-loop manner; when the cathode heating power supply works for a period of time, the temperature of the heater reaches a preset temperature threshold value; and starting to emit electrons, transmitting an input voltage Vin to the cathode touch/ignition power supply by the ignition power supply pulse signal g2 through a flyback transformer T2 to form a high voltage, realizing plasma breakdown, and then outputting a constant current to maintain a cathode electron emission state. The integrated cathode power supply is realized, the size and the weight of the thruster hollow cathode power supply are greatly reduced, and the power density of the thruster hollow cathode power supply is remarkably improved.

    本发明提供一种一体化阴极电源及其系统,所述一体化阴极电源包括反激变压器T以及反激变压器T等,所述反激变压器T的输入端连接至输入电压V,所述反激变压器T的第一输出端和第二输出端分别通过配套电路连接至阴极触持/点火电源和阴极电热电源;开始时,阴极加热电源开始闭环输恒流,当阴极加热电源工作一段时间使得加热器温度达到预设的温度阈值时,开始发射电子,点火电源脉冲信号g将输入电压V通过反激变压器T传递至所述阴极触持/点火电源形成高压,实现等离子体击穿,然后输出恒定电流以维持阴极电子发射状态。本发明实现了一体化阴极电源,大幅度降低了推力器空心阴极供电电源的体积和重量,显著提高了其功率密度。
