The small aircraft power supply system comprises a primary power supply formed by a carrier power supply, a No.1 thermal battery and a No.2 thermal battery, and a secondary power supply formed by integrating a first DC/DC power supply, a second DC/DC power supply, a third DC/DC power supply, a fourth DC/DC power supply, a linear power supply and two protection diodes on a PCB power supply board. According to the invention, the carrier power supply and the thermal batteries serve as the primary power supply, the secondary power supply are designed by adopting the DC/DC power supplies, the linear power supply and the protection diodes, the input and output of the secondary power supply are subjected to filtering, a power supply protective circuit is arranged, the output precision of the small aircraft power supply system is within 1%, the wave crest peak of output voltage is within 100 mV, and stability of the power supply voltage is higher; the power supply system is light in weight and small in size.
