The invention provides a magnetic suspension disc type motor for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The motor comprises a shell, a rotating shaft, a lower-layer stator, a middle rotor group, an upper-layer stator, a magnetic suspension bearing stator, a magnetic suspension bearing rotor and a sensor; and the lower-layer stator is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the shell, the rotating shaft is vertically arranged in the center of the cavity of the shell, the top end of the shell penetrates out of the center of the top of the shell, the middle rotor set and the magnetic suspension rotor sequentially sleeve the rotor shaft from bottom to top, the upper-layer stator and the magnetic suspension stator penetrate through the rotor shaft, the magnetic suspension stator is fixedly arranged at the top of the upper-layer stator, and the two sensors are symmetrically arranged on the inner wall of the shell and correspond to the middle rotor set. By means of good control over the magnetic suspension bearing, complete suspension of the disc type motor rotor is achieved, and then the rotating shaft connected with the rotor is driven to drive the propeller to rotate.
本发明提出一种用于无人机的磁悬浮盘式电机,包括壳体、转轴、下层定子、中间转子组、上层定子、磁悬浮轴承定子、磁悬浮轴承转子和传感器,下层定子固设于壳体内腔底部,转轴垂直设于壳体内腔中心,顶端穿出壳体顶部中心,中间转子组和磁悬浮转子从下往上依次套设于转子轴上,上层定子和磁悬浮定子穿过转子轴,磁悬浮定子固设于上层定子顶部,传感器为两个,对称设于壳体内壁上,与中间转子组相对应设置。本发明利用对磁悬浮轴承的良好控制,实现对盘式电机转子的完全悬浮,进而驱动与转子连接的转轴带动螺旋桨旋转。
