The invention relates to a material scattering monitoring and alarming device for vertical shaft lifting. The device a laser orientation instrument, a first acousto-optic indicator, a second acousto-optic indicator and a signal box. The laser orientation instrument is arranged on the wall at the same height from the bottom of the vertical shaft; the first acousto-optic indicator and the second acousto-optic indicator are respectively arranged on a loading platform and an unloading platform; the input terminal of the signal box is connected with a receiving terminal of the laser orientation instrument; the output terminal of the signal box is respectively connected with the input terminals of the first acousto-optic indicator, the second acousto-optic indicator and a wellhead unloading upper computer; and the output terminal of the wellhead unloading upper computer is connected with a motor arranged on a scraper conveyor. When the signal box receives a blocking signal sent by the laserorientation instrument; the signals are respectively transmitted to the first acousto-optic indicator, the second acousto-optic indicator and the wellhead unloading upper computer; the first acousto-optic indicator and the second acousto-optic indicator immediately give an alarm; and the wellhead unloading upper computer immediately starts the scraper conveyor to timely convey the materials scattered at the bottom of the vertical shaft to a bottom goods scattering chamber and/or emergently stop a vertical shaft elevator.
