The invention discloses a composite lightweight upper cover assembly in an air suspension system. The upper cover assembly comprises an upper cover plate main body, a V-shaped ring groove, a U-shapedreinforcing groove, a U-shaped ring convex column, a connecting hole, a threaded base main body, a small-diameter check section, external threads, a large-diameter thrust section, clamping feet and anair hole, wherein the annular V-shaped ring groove is formed in the edge of the top part of the upper cover plate main body, the annular U-shaped reinforcing groove is formed in the inner edge of thetop part of the upper cover plate main body, and the U-shaped ring convex column clamped with and fixed to the top end of an air bag is formed at the bottom part of the upper cover plate main body bymeans of the U-shaped reinforcing groove. The composite lightweight upper cover assembly is reasonable in design, simple in structure and convenient in installation process, the weight of the upper cover assembly can be effectively reduced, the threads just needs to be protected and then the upper cover assembly is subjected to shot blasting to remove heat treatment stress before use, other subsequent machining is not needed, the overall stability performance and air tightness performance of the upper cover assembly are improved, meanwhile, the manufacturing process is optimized, and the labor intensity and manufacturing cost of operators are effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种空气悬架系统中复合型轻量化的上盖总成,包括上盖板主体、V型环凹槽、U型加强槽、U型环凸柱、连接孔、螺纹座主体、小径止回段、外螺纹、大径止推段、卡脚和气孔,上盖板主体顶部的边缘开有圆环形的V型环凹槽,且上盖板主体顶部的内缘开有圆环形的U型加强槽,U型加强槽在上盖板主体的底部形成与气囊顶端卡接固定的U型环凸柱;该发明,设计合理、结构简单,安装过程便捷,能够有效降低上盖总成的重量,使用前也只需保护好螺纹后将其抛丸去除热处理应力就可使用,无需其他后道加工,不但提高了上盖总成整体的稳定性能和气密性能,同时还优化了制造过程,有效降低了操作人员的劳动强度和制造成本。
