The invention discloses an elastic run-flat tire which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-60 parts of polymer rubber, 20-40 parts of a tackifier, 10-20 parts of a polybutadiene elastomer, 26-20 parts of isoprene rubber, 14-18 parts of polyester silicon dioxide, 12-16 parts of charcoal black, 12-14 parts of vinyl propyl ester, 6-12 parts of styrene-acrylic polyesterethylene, 5-10 parts of a phase solvent, 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-4 parts of fillers and 1-4 parts of active agents. The preparation method is simple, the solvent is added and used, the cross-linking reaction rate of all the components is increased, the production efficiency is improved, and the solvent is recycled, environmental friendliness is achievedand the production cost can be reduced; and the puncture-resistant, air leakage-proof and explosion-proof effects of the tire can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种弹性防爆轮胎,由下列重量配比的原料制备制成:聚合物橡胶20‑60份、增粘剂20‑40份、聚丁二丙烯弹性体10‑20份、异戊丙二烯橡胶26‑20份、聚酯二氧化硅14‑18份、木炭黑12‑16份、乙烯丙基酯12‑14份、苯丙聚酯乙烯6‑12份、相溶剂5‑10份、防老剂1‑3份、填充剂1‑4份、活性剂1‑4份。其制备简单,添加使用溶剂、加快各组分交联反应的速率,提高了生产效率,同时对溶剂进行回收再利用,绿色环保且能降低生产成本;能达到耐扎、防漏气、防爆的轮胎。
