The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment installation, and discloses a tower hoisting device for a mobile-type rolling mill housing. The tower hoisting device includes a traverse-moving base, a top seat is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the traverse-moving base, and the right side of the top seat is fixedly connected with a jack, and a moving mechanism is fixedly connected to the right side of the jack; and mounting blocks are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the moving mechanism, and the bottoms of the mounting blocks are fixedlyconnected to the upper surface of the traverse-moving base through bolts. By arranging the traverse-moving base, the top seat, the jack, the moving mechanism and a tower, when the rolling mill housings of different parts are hoisted, the jack is opened, the position of the tower is adjusted through the jack, so that the hoisting device can hoist the rolling mill housings of different parts, then the occupied space of the hoisting device is small, a measure material is reduced by half compared to a measure material used by a conventional construction method, the hoisting process is safe and reliable, the time is short, the efficiency is high, and the installation cost is low.

    本发明涉及机械设备安装技术领域,且公开了一种移动式轧机牌坊用塔架吊装装置,包括横移基座,所述横移基座的上表面固定连接有顶座,顶座的右侧固定连接有千斤顶,千斤顶的右侧固定连接有移动机构,移动机构的前后两侧均固定连接有安装块,安装块的底部通过螺栓与横移基座的上表面固定连接。本发明通过设置横移基座、顶座、千斤顶、移动机构和塔架,在吊装不同部位的轧机牌坊时,打开千斤顶,通过千斤顶调节塔架的位置,使该吊装装置能吊装不同部位的轧机牌坊,进而使该吊装装置占用场地小,措施材料比利用常规施工方法所使用的措施材料减少一半的措施材料,吊装过程安全可靠,时间短,效率高,安装费用较低。
