The invention discloses a hoisting method of a prefabricated building. A parallel system module, a construction site information module, a path parallel planning module, a hoisting module and a GPS module are included. The hoisting method comprises the steps of scanning RFID tags of all prefabricated parts on site, acquiring various information about the prefabricated parts stored in the RFID tags, receiving GPS positioning information of the prefabricated parts through the wireless receiving module, constructing an information base of all the prefabricated parts on site, and feeding the information base back to the intelligent hoisting module and the parallel system module. The fabrication of the parts for the prefabricated building and the construction of a three-dimensional virtual reality model are realized through the parallel theory and a virtual reality technology, and the planning of a hoisting path is carried out based on a differential evolution algorithm and a parallel experiment in the three-dimensional virtual reality model to obtain the best hoisting path of the prefabricated parts, and to further complete the intelligent hoisting of the prefabricated parts, so that the automation and intelligence of the whole hoisting process of the prefabricated building is ensured, and the accuracy, coordination and safety of the hoisting of the prefabricated building is improved.

    本发明公开了一种装配式建筑的吊装方法,包括平行系统模块、施工现场信息模块、路径平行规划模块、吊装模块和GPS模块,扫描现场所有预制件的RFID标签,获取储存在RFID标签中关于预制件的各种信息,通过无线接收模块接收预制件的GPS定位信息,构建现场所有预制件的信息库,并将其反馈给智能吊装模块以及平行系统模块,本发明通过平行理论及虚拟现实技术实现装配式建筑预制件的制作、三维虚拟现实模型的构建,并在三维虚拟现实模型中基于差分进化算法及平行实验进行吊装路径的规划,得到预制件最佳吊装路径,进而完成预制件智能吊装,保证装配式建筑吊装全过程的自动化及智能化,提高装配式建筑吊装的准确性、协调性、安全性。
