The invention discloses a frame crane rail clamp device which includes a machine frame. The machine frame is provided with a rail clamp assembly, the rail clamp assembly includes a first motor fixedlymounted at the top end of the machine frame, the tail end of the first motor is dynamically connected with a first rotating shaft extending up and down, the first rotating shaft is connected with a nut in a threaded mode, first hinge pins are rotatably installed on the nut left and right, connecting rods are rotatably installed on the hinge pins, second rotating shafts extending forward and backward is arranged in the machine frame left and right, the front ends and the rear ends of the second rotating shafts are rotatably installed in the front end wall and the rear end wall of the machine frame, and clamps are rotatably installed on the connecting rods through the second rotating shafts. When the device works, by arranging spray heads capable of moving left and right on the upper sidesof the clamps, cooling liquid flows into the positions between the clamps and a rail, the heat dissipation effect when the clamps clamp the rail is effectively improved, and it is ensured that in caseof outage or other unexpected conditions, a rail clamp can firmly clamp on the rail and is not be disengaged.

    本发明公开了一种门吊夹轨器装置,包括机架,所述机架设置有夹轨组件,所述夹轨组件包括与所述机架顶端固定安装的第一电机,所述第一电机末端动力连接有上下延伸的第一转轴,所述第一转轴螺纹连接有螺母,所述螺母左右转动安装有第一销轴,所述销轴转动安装有连杆,所述机架内左右设置有前后延伸的第二转轴,所述第二转轴前后两端转动安装在所述机架前后端壁中,所述连杆通过所述第二转轴转动安装有夹钳。该装置在工作时,通过在夹钳的上侧设置可左右移动的喷头,实现了冷却液流入夹钳与轨道之间,有效提高了当夹钳夹紧轨道时的散热效果,能够保证在断电等意外情况下,使得夹轨器牢固的夹紧在轨道上,不会脱开。
