The invention relates to the field of a light-weight steel structure house building construction method, in particular to an auxiliary hoisting beam with a balanced stress, and an integral hoisting method for a roof structure. The auxiliary hoisting beam is characterized by comprising a beam body and a steel wire rope group, wherein the steel wire rope group consists of 6-16 steel wire ropes withthe same size and specification; a distribution amount and an interval of the steel wire ropes on the beam body are consistent with the amount and the interval of purlines on the roof structure; the steel wire ropes are hoisted in the hoisting points of the beam body; and two end parts of each steel wire rope are independently provided with a rope loop. Compared with the prior art, the auxiliary hoisting beam has the following beneficial effects that 1) large-power mechanical equipment can be fully utilized, so that construction is simple and safe, and only two workers are required for carrying out assembling in sequence; 2) a hoisting area is large, meanwhile, a roof truss can be kept stable, and each steel wire rope is under the even stress; and 3) in an installation process, the angle of the auxiliary hoisting beam can be conveniently controlled, an angle and a hoisting scheme are regulated according to a situation of a construction site, the auxiliary hoisting beam can be simultaneously constructed with a civil engineering project, project progress is accelerated, and days for construction are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及轻型钢结构房屋建筑施工方法领域,特别涉及一种均衡受力辅助吊梁及屋面结构整体吊装方法,其特征在于,包括梁体和钢丝绳组,所述钢丝绳组由6~16根尺寸规格相同的钢丝绳组成,所述钢丝绳在梁体的分布数量和间距与屋面结构上的檩条的数量和间距相一致,所述钢丝绳吊接在梁体的吊点内,钢丝绳的两个端部分别设有一个绳圈。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:1)能充分利用大功率机械化设备,施工简单,安全,只需用两个工人依次进行组装即可。2)吊装面积大,同时能保持屋架稳定,各钢丝绳受力均匀。3)安装过程中方便控制其角度,根据施工现场情况调整角度和吊装方案,能与土建工程同时施工,促进工程进展,保证工期。
