The invention discloses a multifunctional elevator brake control device, which is characterized by comprising a brake executing mechanism, an upper infrared range finder, a lower infrared range finder, a rotary encoder, an elevator control system and a main controller, wherein the brake executing mechanism is used for conducting brake operation on an elevator, and the brake executing mechanism isarranged at the top of the elevator car; the upper infrared range finder is used for acquiring the upper top rushing distance information of the elevator car and is arranged at the top of the elevatorcar; the lower infrared range finder is used for acquiring lower pier bottom distance information of the elevator car and is arranged at the bottom of the elevator car; the rotary encoder is used foracquiring the real-time running speed of the elevator car and is mounted on a rotating shaft of a elevator speed limiter; the elevator control system is used for obtaining elevator car position information and elevator door lock opening and closing state information; and the main controller is electrically connected with the brake executing mechanism, the upper infrared range finder, the lower infrared range finder, the rotary encoder and the elevator control system. The device and the method have the advantages that the safety, the reliability and the comfort of elevator operation are improved.

    本发明公开了一种多功能电梯制动控制装置,特点是包括用于对电梯进行制动操作的制动执行机构,制动执行机构设置在轿厢的顶部;用于获取电梯轿厢的上冲顶距离信息的上红外测距器,上红外测距器设置在轿厢的顶部;用于获取电梯轿厢的下墩底距离信息的下红外测距器,下红外测距器设置在轿厢的底部;用于获取电梯轿厢的实时运行速度的旋转编码器,旋转编码器安装在电梯限速器的旋转轴上;用于获取电梯轿厢位置信息和电梯门锁开关状态信息的电梯控制系统以及主控制器,主控制器分别与制动执行机构、上红外测距器、下红外测距器、旋转编码器和电梯控制系统电性相连,优点是提高电梯运行的安全性、可靠性和舒适性。
