A lifting swing wing device of an unmanned aerial vehicle, disclosed in the invention, comprises a left swing wing, a right swing wing, a high-frequency air cylinder and a gravity center adjuster, andthe left swing wing and the right swing wing are each composed of a main wing plate, a first air plate, a second air plate and an air plate exchange device. When the first air plate and the second air plate shared by the left swing wing and the right swing wing swing under the regulation of the air plate exchange device, the first air plate is in a horizontal state, the second air plate is in aninclined air extrusion state, one part of air provides a counter-acting force for the second air plate, the other part of the air is pushed into an air accumulation groove, an upward thrust is appliedto the main wing plate, and otherwise, the principle is the same when swinging forwards, so the function of rising counteraction of wind is achieved; and when the high-frequency air cylinder stops rotating, the left swing wing and the right swing wing stall and descend, the first air plate and the second air plate are in an included angle state, and air enters the air accumulation groove along the first air plate and the second air plate, so the function of a parachute is achieved, and the hidden danger of falling damage can be effectively prevented.

    本发明公开了一种无人机的提升摆翼装置,包括左摆翼、右摆翼、高频气缸和重心调节器,所述左摆翼和右摆翼均由主翼板、风板一、风板二和风板交换装置构成。本发明是左摆翼和右摆翼上共同拥有的风板一和风板二在向后方摆动时,在风板交换装置的调控下,风板一处于水平状态,风板二处于倾斜挤压空气状态,一部分空气向风板二提供一个反作用力,另一部分空气被推入到积风槽内,给主翼板一个向上的推力,反之向前方摆动时原理相同,这样就实现了风力反作用上升的功能,同时当高频气缸停止转动,左摆翼和右摆翼失速下降,风板一和风板二成夹角状态,空气沿着风板一和风板二进入到积风槽内,这样起到降落伞的作用,可有效防止坠落损坏的隐患。
