The invention provides a flying wing unmanned aerial vehicle with wingtip winglets having vertical direction control surfaces. The flying wing unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a fuselage, and wings are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the fuselage. An aileron is arranged at the rear edge of each wing, a wingtip winglet is arranged at the top of the wingtip of each wing, and the wingtipwinglets are perpendicular to the wings. Wingtip vortexes are readjusted through the wingtip winglets, the flight resistance is reduced, resistance and fuel consumption during flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle are effectively reduced, the turning radius of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be effectively reduced through coordinated linkage of the vertical rudder and the ailerons, and the flightperformance of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved. Through a simple mechanical design, a complex control decoupling process is avoided, and the design difficulty of the flying wing unmanned aerial vehicle control system is reduced.
