The invention relates to a treatment method for preventing scaling on the surface of a ship body. Different biological attachments are attached to different draught parts of a ship body, and differenttreatment methods are adopted at different parts of the ship body. That is, the outermost bulkhead of the ship body is heated through a main engine in a cabin and boiler waste gas from the bottom ofthe ship body to the position below the waterline of the ship body, so that marine organisms are difficult to attach in a high-temperature environment; and sliding hydrofoils are arranged below the waterline, and marine organisms under the ship are removed through sliding of the hydrofoils from the bow to the stern before the ship travels. According to the ship body surface scaling treatment method, different treatment modes are adopted according to the attachment modes of different parts of the ship body, the treatment efficiency is greatly improved, the maintenance time of ship docking and undocking is shortened, and therefore, it is guaranteed that attachments on the ship body are removed in real time in the ship running process.
本发明涉及一种用于防止船体表面结垢的处理方法,针对船体不同吃水部位附着有不同的生物附着物,通过在船体不同部位采用不同的处理方法,即在船底至船体吃水线以下利用船舱内主机和锅炉废气加热船体最外层舱壁,使海洋生物在高温的环境下难以附着;而在吃水线以下,通过设置滑动水翼,在船舶行驶前利用水翼从船头到船尾的滑动,将船底下的海洋生物清除;该船体表面结垢处理方法针对船体不同部位的附着方式采用不同的处理方式,大大提高了处理效率以及减少船舶进坞和出坞的维护时间,从而保证在船舶行驶过程中实时进行清理船体上的附着物。
