The invention discloses a dynamic detection method for high-speed railway track conditions. The method comprises the following steps: S1, data acquisition: thickness, width, height, outline and otherdata of steel rails and sleepers are acquired through sensors when a train runs; S2, data storage: a set database is divided into a configuration database and unit databases, each sensor corresponds to one unit database, and the configuration database stores related configuration information; S3, data analysis: the acquired steel rail data is analyzed, and acquired pictures of the steel rails, fasteners and the sleepers are analyzed; S4; data comparison: the data analyzed in S3 is compared with the original data of the steel rail components, and the health condition of the steel rail components is judged; and S5; fault display: after a diagnosis result is obtained, the fault type is displayed through an industrial personal computer. By dynamically detecting the geometrical states of steelrails, steel rail connecting fasteners, sleepers and other components of the rail, the reliability of rail detection is effectively improved, and the stability of the rail is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于高速铁路轨道状况动态检测方法,包括以下步骤:S1;数据采集,在列车运行时候通过传感器采集钢轨和轨枕的厚度、宽度、高度、轮廓等数据;S2;数据存储,设置的数据库分为配置数据库和机组数据库,每个传感器对应一个机组数据库,配置数据库存储相关配置信息;S3;数据分析,对采集的钢轨数据进行分析,对采集的钢轨和扣件、轨枕图片进行分析;S4;数据对比,经过S3分析之后的数据与钢轨部件的原始数据进行对比,判断钢轨部件的健康状况;S5;故障显示,得出诊断结果之后,将故障类型通过工控机显示;本发明通过动态检测轨道的钢轨及钢轨连接扣件和轨枕等部件的几何状态,有效提升轨道检测的可靠性,进一步提升轨道的稳定性。
