The invention discloses a multi-camera self-exploring intelligent trolley for electrical potential safety hazard troubleshooting. The trolley comprises a trolley body and a camera device. In the trolley body, a trolley chassis is round, an annular track is rotationally installed on the trolley chassis, and the camera device is installed on the annular track. The camera device comprises six cameradetection mechanisms, and each camera detection mechanism comprises a camera, a camera bottom plate, a camera rotating motor, a camera base, a moving base, a moving base driving motor and a driving gear. An output shaft of the moving base driving motor faces downwards and is coaxially connected with the driving gear, the driving gear is meshed with an annular rack of the annular track to form a gear-rack pair, and the annular track is clamped between a driven wheel and the driving gear to form a sliding pair. According to the invention, through setting the position movement of each camera along the annular track, the flexible adjustment is realized, the multi-class combination of monocular/binocular/multi-view cameras is realized, and an electrical hidden danger troubleshooting process task shot by 360-degree all-round scene shooting is simply and conveniently realized.

    本发明公开了一种用于电气安全隐患排查的多相机自探索智能小车。包括小车车体和摄像装置,小车车体中,小车底盘为圆形,环形轨道转动装在小车底盘,摄像装置装在环形轨道上;摄像装置包括六个相机探测机构,每个相机探测机构包括相机、相机底板、相机旋转电机、相机底座、运动底座、运动底座驱动电机和驱动齿轮;运动底座驱动电机输出轴朝下和驱动齿轮同轴连接,驱动齿轮和环形轨道的环形齿条啮合形成齿轮齿条副,环形轨道被夹装在从动轮和驱动齿轮之间形成滑动副。本发明通过设置每个相机沿着环形轨道的位置移动,灵活调整,实现单目/双目/多目相机的多类组合,简单而便捷地实现360度全周场景拍摄的电气隐患排查过程任务。
