The invention discloses an automobile dust cover which is formed by sewing a silica gel composite fabric. The silica gel composite fabric sequentially comprises a hydrophobic layer, a base cloth layerand a silica gel layer, the hydrophobic layer and the fabric layer are bonded in a medium-free composite mode, and the fabric layer and the silica gel layer are bonded through composite glue. The outer surface of the base cloth is coated with a lotus-leaf-effect-imitated coating formed by self-assembly gel, so that the dust cover is good in waterproof performance and weather resistance. The innersurface of the base cloth forms a grid vertical structure with a certain shape through bonding and mould pressing silica gel, the contact area between the dust cover and the surface of an automobilebody is reduced, and the polishing effect is prevented. Meanwhile, a soft silica gel partition plate makes contact with the automobile body without scratching the automobile body, the friction coefficient of silica gel and the automobile body is large, relative sliding is not likely to happen, and the polishing effect is further prevented. Air in a groove forms a heat insulation layer which is matched with a built-in reflective heat insulation plate to effectively insulate heat, so that the temperature difference inside and outside the automobile is remarkably increased, and the heat insulation effect is remarkable.

    本发明公开了一种汽车防尘罩,由硅胶复合织物缝制而成,所述硅胶复合织物依次包括疏水层,基布层和硅胶层,所述疏水层与织物层无介质复合粘接,所述织物层与硅胶层通过复合胶粘接,本发明中基布外表面涂刷自组装凝胶形成的仿荷叶效应涂层,使防尘罩防水和耐候性能俱佳。基布内表面通过粘合模压硅胶形成具有一定形状的栅格立式结构,减少防尘罩与车体表面的接触面积,防止打磨效应产生,同时柔软的硅胶隔板与车体接触也不会划伤车体,硅胶与车体的摩擦系数较大,不易产生相对滑动,进一步防止打磨效应。凹槽中的空气形成一层隔热作用层,配合内置反光隔热板有效隔热,使车内外温差显著增加,隔热效果显著。
