本发明涉及船舶冷却系统设计技术领域,提供一种集成式自流发生器及船舶通海冷却系统,集成式自流发生器包括发生器本体、第一导压孔、第二导压孔及稳流结构;第一导压孔与第二导压孔相对分设在发生器本体的内弧壁与外弧壁上;稳流结构包括导流件和/或旋流阻止器,导流件、旋流阻止器设置在发生器本体的内壁上;本发明通过将传统自流冷却系统供水管路中的自流发生器、稳流装置和流量计集成在一个功能部件上,大幅简化了自流冷却系统的构成,节省了船舶舱室空间,减小多个功能部件引入的管路附加阻力,从而大大改善了船舶通海冷却系统的自流冷却能力。

    The invention relates to the technical field of design of ship cooling systems and provides an integrated gravity flow generator and a ship free-flooding cooling system. The integrated gravity flow generator comprises a generator body, a first pressure guiding hole, a second pressure guiding hole and a flow stabilizing structure, wherein the first pressure guiding hole and the second pressure guiding hole are oppositely formed in the inner arc wall and the outer arc wall of the generator body separately; the flow stabilizing structure comprises a flow guiding piece and/or a rotational flow interceptor; and the flow guiding piece and the rotational flow interceptor are arranged on the inner wall of the generator body. According to the rotational flow interceptor, the gravity flow generator,the flow stabilizing device and a flowmeter in the water supply pipeline of a traditional gravity flow cooling system are integrated on one functional component, so that composition of the gravity flow cooling system is greatly simplified, the ship's space is saved, and the additional pipeline resistance caused by multiple functional components is reduced to greatly improve the gravity flow cooling capacity of the ship free-flooding cooling system.
