The invention provides a complete engine overturning device for a large liquid-propellant rocket engine. Chain wheel assemblies are installed at the two ends of a main lifting beam with a single lifting point respectively. Chains wind around chain wheels in the chain wheel assemblies. The two ends of each chain are fixedly connected with the two ends of a corresponding overturn arm. A motor is installed on the main lifting beam, and an output shaft is driven through a reduction gear under driving force. The output shaft drives the chain wheel assemblies, the chains rotate, and therefore the space angles of the overturn arms are driven to change. The engine is fixed to the overturn arms, and the center of mass of the engine is located between the two overturn arms. Overturning of the complete engine is completed under the single-lifting-point condition, the overturning process is stable and controllable, the self-locking function is achieved, safety of the engine is ensured, and the complete engine overturning device can be generally used for engines of various types.
