The invention provides a crane hook structure which comprises a hook, a cross beam, a bearing, rope guide blocks, a pulley shaft, clamping plates, pulleys, round nuts, assembling bolts, an unhooking prevention device, a flange, a clamp, a fixed bolt, a steel bolt and a stainless steel spring. The pulleys are fixedly connected in the clamping plates through the round nuts, and the pulley shaft is arranged at one ends of the pulleys. The assembling bolts are arranged on the inner side walls of the clamping plates and fixed in the bearing. The cross beam located at the bottom end of the bearing is arranged between the clamping plates. One end of the cross beam is connected with the hook, and the unhooking prevention device is fixed to the surface of the hook through the bolt. The structure is stable, and connection is close; objects can be firmly grabbed by the unhooking prevention device and cannot fall off; mounting and connecting of the pulleys are beneficial to work; work efficiency is improved, operation is easy, and the service life is long; and good work conditions are achieved, considerable economic benefits can be brought, and the crane hook structure is suitable for use and popularization.
