The invention discloses a hoisting tool for a crankshaft cylinder sleeve cavity sand core of a diesel engine body. The upper portion of a tubular hoisting tool body is bent, the bent portion bypasses the plane of the sand core and is located in the middle of a V-shaped cylinder sleeve cavity of the sand core, the level difference of the bent portion and the plane is larger than half of the thickness of the sand core, and a hoisting lug is fixed to the top of the hoisting tool body; an upper pipe column and a lower pipe column are sequentially fixedly and horizontally arranged at the bottom of the hoisting tool body forwards from top to bottom. The distance between the upper pipe column and the lower pipe column is equal to the distance between an upper pipe column hanging hole and a lower pipe column hanging hole in the middle of a crankshaft cavity in the lower portion of the sand core. The upper pipe column penetrates the hoisting tool body to form a shaft hole. An L-shaped turning bar penetrates a center hole in the upper pipe column from the rear portion of the hoisting tool body and is connected with an external eccentric column together. The diameter of the eccentric column is consistent with the diameter of the upper pipe column and can be inserted into the upper pipe column hoisting hole. The lower pipe column can be inserted into the lower pipe column hanging hole. The surface of the eccentric column is provided with a thread. The hoisting tool for the crankshaft cylinder sleeve cavity sand core of the diesel engine body is easy to manufacture, easy to operate, economical and practical.
