The invention discloses an anti-collision elevator which comprises a lift car, an elevator door, an anti-collision device, a detector and an elevator door control system. The anti-collision device is electrically connected with the elevator door control system. The detector is electrically connected with the anti-collision device and the elevator door control system. The anti-collision device comprises a diffuse reflection photoelectric switch, a three-dimensional sensor and an optical grating. The diffuse reflection photoelectric switch is arranged on the outer side wall of the anti-collision elevator. The optical grafting is arranged on the elevator door. The three-dimensional sensor is arranged on the top of the lift car. The optical grafting is electrically connected with the three-dimensional sensor. The three-dimensional sensor and the diffuse reflection photoelectric switch are both electrically connected with the elevator door control system. According to the anti-collision system, by increasing a recognition area and buffering the closing action of the elevator door, it is guaranteed that no clamping and blocking collision accidents happen when a user enters or leaves the elevator. The invention further discloses a using method of the anti-collision elevator.
