A novel flat plate scooter comprises front wheels, rear wheels, a pedal, pressure sensitive switches used for detecting pressure, controllers and a battery for power supplying. The front wheels comprise the left drive wheel and the right drive wheel. The left drive wheel and the right drive wheel are located on the left side and the right side of the front end of the bottom face of the pedal respectively. The left drive wheel is connected with a power output shaft of a first motor. The right drive wheel is connected with a power output shaft of a second motor. The pressure sensitive switches include the first pressure sensitive switch used for controlling the rotating speed of the first motor, and the second pressure sensitive switch used for controlling the rotating speed of the second motor. The first pressure sensitive switch is arranged on the right side of the middle of the pedal. The second pressure sensitive switch is arranged on the left side of the middle of the pedal. The first pressure sensitive switch and the second pressure sensitive switch are all connected with the controllers. The controllers are connected with the first motor and the second motor respectively. The novel flat plate scooter is convenient to use and carry.
