The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted composite floor mat and relates to the technical field of automobile accessories. The vehicle-mounted composite floor mat comprises a mat body and a treading pad. The mat body is of a porous structure and is made of a high-elasticity material. The treading pad is embedded in the middle of the mat body and located below a vehicle brake, the upper surface of the treading pad is higher than the mat body, the lower surface of the treading pad protrudes out of the mat body, and the treading pad is made of a hard material. The mat body comprises three layers of structures which are the skin layer, the flexible layer and the basic layer, wherein the hardness of the skin layer is larger than that of the flexible layer and smaller than that of the basic layer, the skin layer is made of a wood-imitating PVC material, and the flexible layer is made of a fluffy PET material.
