The invention discloses an auxiliary system for automobile uphill and a control method of the auxiliary system. The auxiliary system comprises an information collecting system, an information processing system, a control system and an initialization button. The information collecting system sends the collected distance between an automobile and a front obstacle and the collected automobile speed and automobile body pitch angle information to the signal processing system. The signal processing system calculates the relative distance between the automobile and the front obstacle, the automobile speed and the automobile body pitch angle, whether the automobile is in a safety state or not is judged according to a calculation result, and a judgment result is sent to the control system. The control system decides whether an auxiliary intervention mode is started or not according to the safety state of the automobile. The auxiliary system can be recovered to the initialization state through the initialization button. The comfort degree of a driver in the driving process can be improved. For the object in a view blind area for the driver in the advancing direction, the automobile can initiatively avoid the obstacle, and the injury of people and economic losses are effectively reduced.
