The invention discloses a front suspension cross beam damping module. The module comprises a base, an upper energy absorber arranged on the upper end face of the base and a lower energy absorber arranged on the lower end face of the base. A mounting bolt is arranged at the lower end of the base, the upper end of the mounting bolt penetrates the lower energy absorber and is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the base, and the lower end of the mounting bolt is sleeved with a locking nut; and a balance weight is arranged above the upper energy absorber, and is pasted to the upper end face of the upper energy absorber, and a rubber pad is arranged on the upper end face of the balance weight. Through the adoption of the structure of the upper energy absorber and the lower energy absorber, the effect of buffering action force is achieved.
