The invention discloses a cable tire bead. The cable tire bead comprises at least one outer winding layer which is wound in a circumferential direction of the tire, wherein at least one layer in the outer winding layer is a cord ply; the cord ply comprises at least one mixed cord; and the mixed cord is obtained by twisting a single steel wire and a single filament, wherein the strength of the single filament is greater than that of the single steel wire. According to the invention, the original winding material and structure are changed in the cable tire bead and partial winding is replaced with the mixed cord; as the single filament whose strength is higher than that of the single steel wire is additionally arranged in the mixed cord, the integrated strength of the tire bead is improved; in addition, as the strength of the single filament is high, the diameter of the winding of the mixed cord layer can be made smaller or the winding number of the mixed cord layer can be reduced on the premise that the tire bead exerts same bearing strength; therefore, the winding of the mixed cord layer is open to improve the blend-through capacity and enhance the adhesive force of the tire bead. The invention further discloses a tire including the cable tire bead.
