The invention relates to a hydraulic clutch, a hybrid power transmission chain and a crane. The hydraulic clutch comprises an input shaft and an output shaft. A support is fixedly arranged on the input shaft, and the open end of the support faces the output shaft; one end of the output shaft is arranged in the support, and the other end of the output shaft is connected with an end cover through a bearing; a friction disc structure is arranged between the support and the output shaft, and a piston is arranged in the end cover; one side of the piston is used for pushing the friction disc structure, and a sealed cavity is formed between the other side of the piston and the end cover; an oil way for injecting pressure oil into the sealed cavity is further arranged on the end cover; the pressure oil is injected in, and the piston is pushed to the friction disc structure; the friction disc structure is pressed, and power coupling between the input shaft and the output shaft is achieved; and the pressure oil is cut off, and the friction disc structure is reset to achieve power disconnection of the input shaft and the output shaft. Automatic compensation after abrasion is achieved, and frequent work intervention of the hybrid power system can be achieved.
