The invention provides a following lifting or internal climbing type self-discharging crane arm. One end of a cargo boom is fixed to a supporting column of a crane arm bearing. The cargo boom is formed by splicing a plurality of arm sections I. Every two adjacent arm sections I are connected through a self-dismounting screw device. The two sides of the cargo boom are each provided with a steel cable I as a guide rail in a pulling manner. The arm sections I are provided with guide wheel sets I matched with the steel cables I respectively. The guide wheel sets I can roll along the steel cables I. One ends of the steel cables I are fixed to a stand column, and the other ends of the steel cables I are gathered at the far end of the cargo boom. Each arm section I is provided with a steel cable III in a pulling manner. One end of each steel cable III is connected with one corresponding arm section I, and the other end of each steel cable III is wound on a winch. A tower crane cross arm is demounted through the steel cables and the guide wheel sets, so that demounting work is simplified, and convenience and reliability are achieved.
